To easily obtain all translationsfiles for a given release

Hi Josef,

Not all translatable files are available in the language packs export, as
some of them need to be loaded before language packs are available (e.g.
the installer). However, it surprises me that the list is 40 packages long.
Could you show us exactly which translation files you're missing, and then
I can perhaps give you a better answer?

Other than the options that I've already explained, there is no other
alternative that I know of.
