Missing Polish translation of an appearance section

As regards your question in comment #3, it's there but only as item #474
of 476. That's wrong, since the packages are supposed to appear in some
kind of visibility order, and unity-control-center is one of the most
visible part of the Unity desktop. Unfortunately I don't know how you
would report that issue; possibly someone in the Ubuntu Translation team
knows.
