The Ubuntu Core Apps Hack Days have started: call for translations

Hi Translators,

Today we're starting the Ubuntu Core Apps Hack Days, and an important area
of contribution is also  translations.

We're focusing on two apps a day, and today it's Reminders and Music.
Reminders got set up for translations just now, so it'd be great to get as
many new translations as possible, whereas Music still needs some strings
to be finished in some languages. Here are the links:
