Make Ubuntu speak your language: a call for Ubuntu translations on the phone

Yet officially fully translated :)

I wish I could use my phone for Ubuntu Touch testing but I have all sorts
of security tokens on it and it has the potential of interfering with my
job so I refrain, waiting for your instructions regarding the emulator.
