launchpad synchronisation with upstream

As far as I know, translations from gnome will override existing
translations done in launchpad, so it is always best to send you
translations upstream to make sure they are not lost.
Finding the correct upstream can be a bit of a hassle, this wiki lists
some upstreams, but I'm not sure how up-to-date it is. I mostly click
around in launchpad/use google to figure out what the correct upstream
