Tajik Language - Adding support for a new language

Hello everyone!

Just would like to inform that Tajik translation for Debian installer is now 100%!

Hope to see full Tajik version for the Debian installer soon, including OSs like Ubuntu and others.

However, these 100% is still a subject to improve and change the existing translations during the tests.

Thanks to everyone who helped to add Tajik

It's indeed maybe possible that Tajik can, also.
