Ensuring we actually answer all questions

I've noticed a couple of expired questions that went unsolved or
unanswered.

If it is a bug, can you check if the bug exists (and if not create it - and
if yes, link it in the question), and then mark the question as answered.

If it is not a bug, can you try to answer them or ask the reporter for more
info if needed ?
