List of modules

Hi all
Thanks you Pierre Slamich, that list of yours is awesome! Actually I
answers part of what Michael's "worries" which a fully shared by small or
new teams that want to target "priority" modules. @Michael, you should look
at the list the French team made, it's clear and up-to-date! Personally, it
helped me understand what most files stand for...
I am not sure if all modules are listed though.
@Jared It's not that simple and straightforwoard! Actually when I was
localizing Firefox, we were given a priority list as this:
xxx---> Essential
xxxx--> Not important
xxxx---> Can be safely ignore
xxx--> Never translate
