That's exactly what I had in mind. the stable refreshes, which have been a
recurring topic for translators, as we get bug reports, and we end up
saying that they'll be solved when and if there's an update.
I've updated the blueprint accordingly with your feedback.
I suggest we continue this conversation using either email now or hangout
next week, without cc-ing that many people. :-)
