Step by step guide to get ready for UDS

FYI, the LangPack session will be delayed to tomorrow or later today due to
a time conflict for the Language Pack dev. If we can't find a proper time,
we'll do a meeting outside UDS.
So a double incentive to prepare and attend the session about Growing the
Translation Community :-)
