Ubuntu Packaging Guide - needs help with translations/reviews

Hello everybody,

you might have seen

already. We're very proud to have our fourth translation of the
Packaging/Development guide available now.

If you could reach out to your individual translations teams, that'd be
fantastic. We have quite a few translations which are getting more and
more complete and also some which have quite a number of translations up
for review.
