Help to upload PO faile

Hi Talat,

   Maybe you should edit line #12:

"Last-Translator: FULL NAME <EMAIL at ADDRESS>\n"

  and replace FULL NAME and EMAIL at ADDRESS with your real launchpad full 
name and your address.

   Then you can go to the launchpad page where you downloaded toe .po 
and click on the upload link.

   Hope this helps.
