Checkbox translations in 13.10

Hi,

According to the announce [1], UbuntuFriendly will be canceled soon. It  
means that checkbox translations will not be very useful at least for  
13.10, imho.

Can the priority of checkbox catalog be lowered a bit or even zeroed to  
not confuse the translators?
