Tajik Language - Adding support for a new language

Dear all,

Sublevel 1 and 2 are now 100% translated for Tajik language, sublevels 3, 4,
5 and 6 have very good statistics and should be completed soon.
Could you please, activate Tajik language for all packages and inform when
we can test Tajik translations on a real system?

Gah. Too late...:-(. We now have tg.po files in all packages while I usually
wait for sublevels 1 and 2 to be completed before activating a translation.
