UIFE request for unity and unity-lens-music

Hi everybody,

I'm working on a fix for bug #1168674 [1], and the proposed solution
is to replace the "Purchase $x.xx" button in the dash when no Ubuntu
One credentials are present. This will affect both the unity and
unity-lens-music packages.

Here's a screenshot of how the fix looks like:

(The new part is the warning icon and string that says "/!\ Before you
can purchase music...")

As soon as both merge proposals land in trunk I'll be requesting a UI
freeze exception approval so that this workaround can hopefully be
shipped in Ubuntu 13.04.
