Bypassing the search problem in Launchpad by using a LibreOffice spreadsheet.

We've bypassed the search problem in Launchpad by using a LibreOffice
spreadsheet.
Here's what we've done for the DDTP (Universe). It's enabled by a recent
bugfix in Launchpad Po export. You can basically sort, search the DDTP in
the spreadsheet and find similar strings.

1/ You can rank the strings by name (This package contains...)
2/ Then you can either click on the individual links or use an extension to
mass open the links (eg
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/openlist/nkpjembldfckmdchbdiclhfedcngbgnl
)
