And it is marked for translation:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~unity-team/unity-lens-shopping/trunk/view/head:/po/POTFILES.in

The problem is that unity-lens-shopping has not been available for  
translation via LP at all. So the following bug is not actually fixed:
