Precise language pack post-release schedule

Thanks a lot Matthew, for both the upload and the heads up.

I'll now initiate the process of exporting a full language pack. Before
I do that, a quick question:

I cannot see the release in precise-proposed on the URL below yet, do
you have an idea of how long it usually takes for the binary docs
package to appear in there? I'm asking to know when I can start the export:
