Heads-up about new string in Apport

Hello Ubuntu translators,

I am sorry that I have to add a new string to Apport which will show
in some circumstances. Please see https://launchpad.net/bugs/961065
for details.

In particular, it is "Ignore future problems of this type", which is
already available for translation at LP:

  https://translations.launchpad.net/apport/

as the change is already in the upstream trunk, and LP translations
has a two-way import/export with translations in trunk.
