Hi,

Since im-switch is replaced by im-config, I made effort to update
im-config to use gettext and finisjed it in 0.8.

With this, I will not seek update im-switch to use gettext by myself.
Thus closing this as done.  (im-config provide im-switch thus this is
fair to do, I hope)

I would really appreciate to get translation of PO files of im-config.
(Now only Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vienamese, Thai, ... are good start)

I hope to get PO files from Ubuntu side soonish :-)
