UI freeze exception request for rhythmbox-ubuntuone

I wanted to make sure both the translators and docs lists were aware of
a text addition we need to make after the Precise UI freeze in the
Ubuntu One Music Store plugin for Rhythmbox so that we handle the music
lens integration properly. There is a small text addition via a new
.desktop file to fix this bug: http://pad.lv/933010
