[FFe] [UIFe] Advanced Notification of Ubiquity Changes

Dear Translators and Documentation Teams,

This cycle I have been working on the spec to implement LVM and LUKS
(full disk encryption) support in Ubiquity (the Desktop CD installer).

Full details about this work are available in the blueprint [1] and the
ubiquity design specification [2].

The automatic partitioning has landed, but the remaining manual
partitioning options have not landed yet.

I have now filed Feature and User Interface Freeze Exeptions for these:
