Can't see updated russian translations for Unity in precise

Hi Igor,

The language packs were disabled for the Beta 2 freeze during that
period, which is probably why your translations weren't included in any
new language pack.

The next language pack is scheduled for Friday [1]. I'd suggest waiting
until then, and if the next language pack update does not include those
translators, please report back.
