It's a bug in Launchpad[1].  The way to "complete it" is to have the
string translated upstream and then let the import trickle downstream.

We are sorry this is making it harder for you, but it is in fact fully
translated properly, so until we find time to fix it, you will,
unfortunately, have to live with it as is :(
