LanguagePack statistics

That's correct, they are only available if the user has explicitly
agreed to submit anonymous stats to the popcon server.

I seem to remember there used to be an option in the installer, but I
think it's not there anymore. Does anyone know how the acceptance to
send popcon stats is done these days?
