Localized ubuntu server guides

Hi Peter,

We discussed this a while ago on a couple of threads in
https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-translators/2010-September/ and
again at UDS.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to follow the progress on the
Ubuntu Server Guide, but I'm sure Adam Sommer (on CC), who develops the
guide, will be able to tell you more.
