Firefox has reverted to English

Somehow the Firefox localization files moved from the base package to 
the update package (20110208, I also have 20110201, that's not 
affected), but they are gone from the newer version of the update 
package (20110301), which contains an empty directory for firefox-4.0, 
instead of a firefox-3.6 directory with the translations.
