Kubuntu package translation situation

Hi All!

Natty release time is getting closer, and it should be interesting to have a 
new package translation summary for the release, such as the previous made for 
10.10 Maverick [1], which has been very useful for us, translators involved in 
the localization process.

Is it possible to update the page indicated below?
