Well, yes. I found the file with the status «Approved» in the import
queue:

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/firefox/+imports?field.filter_status=APPROVED&field.filter_extension=all

I'm only permitted to delete it or mark it as «Need review».
