Hi Krasimir,
As you've seen, this string comes from the Debian installer.
Generally, you can fix strings in Launchpad and they are used straight
away, but the Debian installer is one of the special cases we've got for
translations in Ubuntu.
In this particular case, you'll have to fix the string upstream in
Debian as well. You'll find some pointers on how to do that here:
