Should we wait any languagepacks before Natty release?

Looking closer at [2] i see that the deadline in fact is 20/4, though it
is confusing with it lumped under the 21/4 date. It's also unclear that
it happens at 14:00 UTC as the page hints at time being 00:00 UTC, but I
guess I can't complain as that is actually extending the deadline by 14
hours :) Sorry for being grumpy about this.
When reading [1] I get the impression that the actual export won't
happen until 21. of April 22:00 UTC. So I guess that things that gets in
to LP before that time will still have a chance of being included in the
final landpack. Would this be a miss understanding?
