Could you please file a bug against the transmission source package in
Ubuntu, so that developers can track it?

If in addition you could also use the "Also affects project" link you'll
see once you've filed the bug, and add the ubuntu-translations project
there, that'd be awesome, as we'd then be able to track it as a
translations bug.
