LibreOffice icelandic translation pack missing

I tried DVD, when I tried with net connection turned off, it did not install
Lib office Telugu pack. Beta 1 installation specifically ask for ensuring
internet connection, hope the final DVD  won't  insist  on the same  and
will still provide  language pack
