New strings in Unity

Hi David,

as you could know in GNOME l10n website we have a system that
automatically send a mail to gnome-i18n list informing all the
additions/removals of strings in all the modules of the core.

Could you implement the same for Ubuntu packages? For example, the
«Robot» send to this list all the changes done in Unity for example.
This could be very helpful for all of us.
