Problems in the Ubuntu 10.04

Dear Ubuntu Group,

I checked Ubuntu 10.04 beta1 .I look some of problems:
1- CPU Fan Cooling don't work .(CPU very HOT) ****very important****
2- Wireless don't work.(RTL8192E)
3- Up panel--> add to panel --> Battery Charge Monitor(don't look)
4- Up panel--> add to panel -->Keyboard layout(chang language don't look)
my laptap is: TOSHIBA Satellite U505
