Hug Day Target: Ubuntu Translations

Hi all,

I'd like to propose Ubuntu Translations [1] as the next Hug Day target
on Thursday the 25th of March (next week).

I've added the target to:

And I'll take care of the rest of steps in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBugDay/Organizing before that date.

Translators: that's a great opportunity not only to triage, but also to
discuss and if possible fix all those annoying translations bugs for
Lucid. Hope to see you on IRC at #ubuntu-bugs and #ubuntu-translators
next week!
