Some string and template changes

Just a quick notice with a collection of announcements

= New strings in Ubiquity =

After the fix for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/533859

there are a few new translatable strings in Ubiquity. You'll find them
here [1][2][3][4].

= Software Center documentation =

After the discussion in the Ubuntu Docs list [5], it seems it's not that
easy to integrate the Software Center documentation in ubuntu-docs, so
in order to unblock this, I've just enabled the template in Launchpad.
You can translate the Software Center documentation here:

= Edubuntu documentation =

I've also disabled the Edubuntu Documentation [6] for translation for
now, until the question whether it is maintained or not is cleared up.

Translations are not lost, they are simply not exposed, and can be
re-enabled at any time if necessary.
