Ubiquity problem in Thai language

You can report the bug here:

However, ubiquity and debian-installer are an exception, in which
upstream translations take preference, so I'd recommend contacting the
upstream Debian Thai translation team responsible for the translation
of debian-installer to coordinate the fix there.

If you need any help in that, please let us know here on this list,
and we'll try to give you a hand.
