ubuntu-l10n-nds team created on launchpad

Hi folks,

this is just to inform you, that today I created the ubuntu-l10n-nds
group on launchpad for Low German (Niederdeutsch / Plattdeutsch)
translations: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-nds

To those, who might be interested in joining Low German translations,
there is also the lp-l10n-nds team on launchpad:
https://launchpad.net/~lp-l10n-nds 

In future, ubuntu-l10n-nds will do all those ubuntu specific
translations.
