Guide for using the GNOME upstream translation system

Hi,

I am not sure if you are aware if this guide and probably you already
know how to work with upstream GNOME translations.

I hope that he following guide will be useful for Ubuntu translators and
help understand how the GNOME upstream translation system works and make
it more easy for Ubuntu translators to contribute Launchpad translations
upstream.
