How to upload FireFox translation to launchpad?

We work with upstream but the revision was done for a posterior version 
of the version that comes with Ubuntu Lucid final release. So we did a
merge from the upstream of Firefox and we want to import it into
Launchpad.

Now it doesn't matters cause Lucid was released and the revision done
was imported at upstream.
