ANNOUNCE: Nightmonkey 2.0

Yet another small wish:

I've translated interface of Nightmonkey 2.0 in Russian, but existed method
(from adress bar) for switching language of interface is slightly
uncomfortable.
I think it is not very complicated to add some dropbox for choosing the
language of interface?
