UI changes in ubuntu-sso-client

I wanted to make sure both the translators and docs lists were aware of
UI changes we need to make to the ubuntu-sso-client package. The new
desktop single sign on does not display all the buttons at the bottom of
the initial screen. In order to fix this problem we're proposing to
remove two fields that are not being used in the lower layers: "Name"
and the "Yes, email me tips and updates" checkbox. We've captured this
in bug https://launchpad.net/bugs/627440
