Searching for translatable templates

If we really need to search for a given template, we have a few quick

This is only 5 easy to bookmark page, on which searching is reasonably 
easy. Not as convenient as a dedicated search box would be, but at least 
usable. The key here is the "&batch=300" argument - this is the highest 
number of templates Launchpad allows us to list.
