Menu entries not translatable

[Tseng, Cheng-Chia]

I investigate the desktop entry of firefox-3.6, it doesn't use
X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain at all. That's why I cannot translate "Firefox Web
Browser" and "Browse the World Wide Web" for the menu entry.

Is that also a bug, and should I file one for firefox?
