Ubuntu start page translations update

That page is obsoleted as we now have a new design.

The Icelandic translation was already pushed here:
http://start.ubuntu.com/10.04/index.html.is

I have tested and I can confirm that this problem is due the Ubuntu
start page server. The sysadmin were informed and asked to update the
configuration.

I hope it will be fixed tomorrow.
