That's a great idea, and something I think Arne also mentioned in one of
our translations meetings. If you (or others) are interested in working
on that, I would recommend you to make the proposal a bit more detailed,
for example focusing on points such as:

* What would be the expected workflow for submitting the translation
bugs?
* What translations/locale-related information should be collected?
