Where can I find the "F1.txt" to translate ?

Hi,

I have just tested the Karmic beta release.
After burning the iso file and booting the live CD, I started to change the
language (F2) to Vietnamese. The live CD menu appears 100% in Vietnamese and
that's cool !

However, pressing F1 (Help) still shows up  the content in full English.

Where can we find the "f1.txt" file template to translate it to Vietnamese?
I think it has already been translated for Jaunty, but still in karmix it
remains in English.
