Hi, 

If you want to have the start page on your language go here and add the
required translations:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu-start-page/trunk

Dominique, I saw you have already do that.

We will wait to collect translations from more languages and the we will
create the translated page for each language. Based on your feedback we
will put those translations in production :)

We need to decide where to put the "staging" translated pages, but in
any case there will be an announcement on this list.
