Spanish help?

        Hi, sorry this is really cheeky

I've always assumed there are different places for Spanish speakers to get help from in Ubuntu forums but the lady in Question #56984 is completely stuck.  Pleeeease could someone help this poor noob with her sound?  She's tried re-installing Alsa
